Great Skua

Great Skuas are impressive predators. This one was taken from the deck of a fishing boat in the middle of the Pentland Firth in June 2009. Quite how I kept still enough to capture this is still a mystery!
I am a photographer based in Southampton, Hampshire, UK. I have specialised in wildlife and nature photography for the last 5 years. I hope my images can benefit conservation of our planet's wonderful animals.
