Crested Caracara scavenges breakfast

I found a pair of Crested Caracara scavenging on waste ground in the mangrove area of Cayo Ensenachos on my recent trip to Cuba.

This was taken just after dawn, it’s a slightly gruesome breakfast, but Caracara are known for the adaptability in scavenging!
